This document states the terms at which your link will be accepted for listing in directorie.eu Directory.

By pacing a bid you agree to abide by the following terms:

Link Policy

• We reserve the right to make a small admin charge if you want to modify your link.
• Position of your link is determined by how much money you bid.
• Links may be removed if it violates inclusion policy.

Refunds

• Bids may be refunded at our discretion.

We do not accept sites related to porn, racism, offensive or any illegal content. At the time of submission, websites will contain quality content but may change over time. As we try our best to elimate such sites, it is not guaranteed that we will remove all links. If you come across a website which you find offensive or believe to be illegal please contact us by clicking the "contacts" button.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer's domain name, IP address and the pages you accessed on our site. The information we collect is used for internal review and is used to improve the content of our Web page. We will not sell or pass your details to any third parties.

With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.

For visitors submitting a listing to The Web Directory, we will record their domain, ip address and email address. The IP address of all links submitted are also recorded for security purposes. An email may be sent to you to confirm approval, update or rejection of your listing and may contain some advertisements.

As a user, you agree to any information you enter being stored in a database. We may remove, reject or edit listings at our discretion for any reason.

As we use Paypal to process all payments, we do not store any of your financial information such as credit card information. Paypal allows our visitors to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing your financial information.
